CONTRACEPTION
Your periods may take a while to come back again. If you are breastfeeding, it may take longer. However, do remember that you can get pregnant even while breastfeeding and even if your periods have not come back yet.
It is important to discuss possible methods of contraception with your doctor or nurse at your postnatal check (if not sooner).
