About the Ball

Direct from Italy, the Gymnic Classic Plus is the safest birth ball to use in pregnancy. It is of professional quality, non toxic and made of essential anti-burst material with anti-slip surface which is such an important consideration in pregnancy.

You can select from 3 different sizes. The size you require depends largely on your height. If your height is upto 155cms (5' 2"), we recommend a 55cms ball. Between 155cms and 170cms (5' 2" - 5' 8"), you should use a 65cms ball and if you are taller than 170cms then the 75cms ball is the most appropriate ball for your height.

Birthing Balls are becoming hugely popular and are increasingly recommended as an exercise aid to help you strengthen and prepare your body for childbirth and can be used right upto childbirth itself. Your birth ball will be invaluable throughout the entire period of your pregnancy and it may eventually be the only comfortable seat you can find to sit on!
