ABOUT THE
BOOK
Practical solutions to your day-to-day
problems
'Nobody ever mentions how incredibly enjoyable
breastfeeding can be' and 'No one ever tells you how
difficult it is' are twin cries from different mothers.
Breastfeeding may be the most natural way of feeding your
baby but a lot of mothers find it difficult at first, with
the fear of insufficient milk supplies and sore nipples
being the most common causes of failure.
Now you can have help permanently on hand in your own home
from the experts on the subject. Full practical advice on
every aspect of breastfeeding - from positioning your baby
correctly and latching-on to understanding the baby's
feeding patterns and successful weaning - The National
Childbirth Trust Book of Breastfeeding offers solutions to
the kind of day-to-day problems and emotional concerns that
affect breastfeeding women every day.
