Stephen Giles is an author, playwright and journalist. Previously he edited newspapers and magazines, worked as a columnist, reviewer, football pundit and language lecturer (although not all at the same time). His first full-length play, A Rainy Night in Soho, was performed at Salisbury Playhouse in 2004. He lives in north Wales with wife and two sons.
