By becoming a member of Mothersbliss™, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions detailed below. These terms and conditions also apply to the casual browser (the term 'member' also stands for the casual browser wherever applicable). We've tried to keep this legal necessity as simple as possible. However, once this terms and conditions document is modified, it will be posted immediately on the site and an appropriate notification will be issued to all accessing the web site. This notification will be issued for a period of 30 days after the posting and your continued use or access of the site on or after the date of notification will be considered as your approval and acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

Registration
It is the member's responsibility to ensure that all member details entered are correct. mothersbliss™.com, its partners, associates and suppliers accept no responsibility for incorrect member details entered.
If any of the original registration details change, it is the member's responsibility to ensure that any change to the member profile is corrected using the appropriate facilities on the site.
mothersbliss™.com reserves the right to terminate your membership if it is found that you have provided us with false information.
By completing the registration process and becoming a member, you are stating that you are 18 years or over of age. If you are a minor, you are agreeing that you have parental consent on the use of the site and your membership with mothersbliss™.com after having discussed the terms and conditions laid down in this document with your parents/guardians.
Our services
Here, at mothersbliss™.com, we provide a range of services both to the casual browsers and to the members. We are striving to provide you with a good quality and comprehensive site. However, we may discontinue providing certain or all our services on all or part of our discretion and without any prior notice to you. However, we will endeavour to inform you about the change via our site. The same applies to any changes or additional services we may add.
Shopping
We have recently launched an online shopping facility for our viewers. When you shop with us, you have the guarantee that you will get the best service and products inkeeping with our commitment to you. If for some reason you are unhappy with the products you buy from us, you can always write to us and we will consider your case very carefully. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We endeavour to deliver goods to your door within 14 working days. If there is a delay, we will get in touch with you via email or telephone (whichever is available) and you will have the right then to cancel your order, if you do not wish to wait any longer.
Delivery Times
We aim to offer a fast and reliable service. Most items are in stock and can be despatched within a few days. We aim to despatch all orders within a week but some items can take upto 14 days. If we anticipate a delay longer than this, we will inform you by email or phone and give you the option of a refund at all times.
We use either Royal Mail or Parcel Force couriers to deliver your order. We select the despatch method based on your order but if you need something urgently, we do offer quicker and guaranteed deliveries - please contact us either on 0208 925 6150 or email us
Within the UK:
Orders weighing under 1kg are usually sent by Royal Mail First Class which means delivery within 1-2 days (including Saturdays). *
Orders weighing more than 1-2kg will be sent out by Parcel Force on a 48 hour delivery (working days only). **
Please note that the above are guidelines only. After the final packaging, the warehouse may take a final decision regarding the despatch method based on shape, size and weight of the order.
* Royal Mail deliveries, whether First or Second class are known to take little bit longer at times. If you have not received your parcel, please look out for calling cards (which the postman should leave if you are not in). We would request you to wait for 14 days before contacting us regarding any missing parcels sent by Royal Mail.
** Parcel Force can deliver anytime between 8 am - 6pm although majority of the deliveries are made during the am slot. If you know that your parcel was sent by Parcel Force and have not received it - please let us know on the third working day after despatch so that we can track it for you.
Outside the UK:
We offer international deliveries. Smaller or lightweight items are sent by Royal Mail Airsure. Although these are usually delivered within 5-7 working days, please allow 20 working days for them to be delivered before reporting them as missing. (Please note that Airsure gets priority handling at all stages of processing and is a trackable service.)
If you have paid extra postage for quicker or heavier delivery, your goods will be despatched by Parcel Force (Euro48 service) if delivery is within Europe. We track these orders for you so if there is a problem, we are able to resolve it for you. However, if it has not been received a week after despatch, please do get in touch with us.
Although we are ultimately responsible for the delivery of your order, we have to rely on the services of Royal Mail and Parcel Force. Whilst we would not want them to make any mistakes, we cannot be held responsible for any individual actions of Royal Mail postmen or Parcel Force drivers. If there is any reason to complain about them, please contact individual companies directly. Our aim is to make sure that your order leaves our warehouse in the most efficient manner. We utilise the most reliable services for despatch of your order but cannot be held responsible for them
Delivery Charges
UK mainland: There is a standard postage of £3.95 for orders under £100 for delivery to UK mainland. Orders over £100 are delivered free to UK mainland.
Outside UK mainland: If your delivery postcode is not part of UK mainland you may be charged additional postage depending on the items in your order. If the items in your order can be despatched by Royal Mail, we will not charge additional postage apart from £3.95. However, if the items have to be despatched by private couriers, there will be a postage of upto £15.50 for non UK mainland and £16.50 for Channel Islands. The shipping costs will be known to you BEFORE you make the payment.
Cancellation and Faulty Goods (European Union consumers only)
You have a right to cancel your order for goods from the date of the contract and up to 7 working days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. We will return your money within 30 days of receipt of cancellation. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods (unless the goods have been agreed to be faulty in which case we will refund the return postage cost). If you do not return the goods as requested and we collect the goods from you we can make a reasonable deduction from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods. Please note that the original shipping cost (at the time of placing order) is non refundable in all cases.
Credit Voucher: If there is a delay of more than 7 working days (after you receive the goods) in informing us of a refund (as stated above), a refund may be refused or a credit voucher issued at the discretion of the management.
Refund authorisation: It is important that all returns/exchanges be authorised with a valid return code before any items are sent back. Either call, email or fax your request and we will get back to you asap.
You lose the right to cancel a goods contract if:
you had the goods made to your specifications or personalised
the items are likely to go off or deteriorate quickly such as flowers or fresh foods
the goods by their nature cannot be returned
the goods have been opened in a way that they cannot be resold to another customer
the goods are single use items and hence cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
you have opened sealed audio or video recordings, or computer software
they are newspapers, periodicals or magazines
you bought betting, gaming or lottery services the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market

If the goods are faulty
If your goods are faulty or different from what you have ordered, please contact us as soon as possible for a full refund.
If you do not like the item(s) you have received or have just changed your mind, you have 7 days from receipt of the goods for a full refund. We will provide a refund as soon as possible and at the latest, within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund.
These clauses will not affect your statutory rights.
Exchange: If you are exchanging item(s) for a different colour, size or make of your choice, we will pay one way postage for one time only. This means that we will despatch your exchanged item free of charge to you the first time but any exchanges thereafter will need to be paid by the customer. However, if we are exchanging goods as a result of the original item being faulty/not as described, then we will bear all related costs.
Member Benefits
You are eligible to certain benefits when you complete the registration process and become a member. All member benefits are free. However, mothersbliss™.com reserves the right to add or delete any benefits at any time. You will be informed of any change via your e-mail address held with us.
Account & password
It is solely the member's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the member name and password on mothersbliss™.com. We do not accept any responsibility for misuse of your account by others with or without your permission.
If you think your account is being misused by someone else, it is your responsibility to inform us.
Member contributions & code of conduct
By contributing information to mothersbliss™.com as a member, you are agreeing that:
The nature of your content shall not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy.
